It was a fun packed Saturday as Glasgow City joined organisations from across Springburn in celebrating the diverse communities that make the place we call home so special.

The Spirit of Springburn festival is an annual event and we were delighted to be participating for the first time with first team players Emily Whelan and Erín McLaughlin joining club mascot Trixie in taking the time to answer questions, pose for photos and distribute tickets for our home ScottishPower Women’s Premier League fixture against Spartans at Petershill Park.

It was also an opportunity for club staff to connect with others as passionate as we are in supporting the place we call home thrive.
